To play, tap or click on the desired title, then press play. To download, right-click (Ctrl-click for Mac) on the selected title and select "save as".
You can also use the file browser to do bulk downloads or if you have problems with the website's player. Note that there is a help button at the top right of the file manager, should you need assistance.
